inGeniusly as a Stakeholder

InGeniusly - InGeniusly is an organization based in the UK that specializes in teaching people how to learn. But they are a private company. In order for InGeniusly to stay and operate in Ghana, they need a market that will pay for their services.

Ghanaian Parents as Stakeholder

Parents in Ghana - According to our research, the average person in Ghana makes 4000 cedis, which is $266. Given that inGeniusly's services are priced at 3000 pounds per person, our conundrum was how to get people in Ghana, who struggle to excel in school, to pay for this service.

Point of View

Students

Students in Ghana who struggle to study need learning strategies that will empower them to work hard and enjoy their academic work

inGeniusly

inGeniusly needs a sales strategy that will demonstrate our value proposition to students who need to learn new study strategies

Parents

Parents who hear about the inGeniusly course need a touch point that will help them fully understand the benefits of the inGeniusly program

HMW

How might we questions?

  1. How might we expose students to new learning strategies in order to increase their confidence and love for learning

  2. How might we repurpose inGeniusly's advanced learning techniques course for the Ghanaian Market.

  3. How might we isolate the right market niche and help them understand the benefits of learning how to learn

The Solution

Our Solution was a learning abilities assessment called the inGeniusly Skills and Attitudes (iGSA) test. The iGSA measures students' mindsets and skills when it comes to learning. With this test, students can measure their learning strategies and make a well-informed decision about the course.

Screenshot of a website homepage for learning abilities assessment. It features a cartoon illustration of a person with black hair and a blue shirt, working on a laptop on the right side. The website has a logo in the top left corner, navigation menu at the top, a prominent call-to-action button labeled "Book Test" in yellow, and sections of text explaining the assessment with a "Start Test" button at the bottom.
A service blueprint template with columns labeled journey phase, awareness, interest, decision, and enrolment. Rows include customer goal, customer actions, front stage actions, back stage actions, and supporting systems, with detailed steps and icons representing each stage.
